Billing

  • Tuition can be paid annually, semi-annually, or monthly.  If you elect to pay annually, you are not required to pay for tuition insurance, although you can participate in this program if you would like.  You MUST participate in the tuition insurance program if you pay semi-annually or monthly.
  • Annual payments are due August 1 for returning students and by June 15 for new students.  Semi-annual payments are due August 1 and January 15, 2018, for returning students; for new students these payments are due upon submission of enrollment contract and on November 6.
  • Monthly payments are due on the first business day of the month beginning August 1 through June 1, 2018 (for returning students).  New students will begin payments on the third business day of each month beginning in April, 2017, through February, 2018.
    • You MUST give permission to NHES via a Bank Draft Authorization form that will allow the school to make withdrawals directly from your bank account to use this option.
  • You will be billed $30 for any returned check or if there is insufficient funds to cover a monthly tuition payment in any automated bank payments.  A $50 fee will be issued for late tuition payments.
  • Credit cards are accepted for the enrollment deposit and annual and semi-annual tuition payments. These payments must be made in person during regular office hours.
